Duties commonly performed on our sites:

• Securing all access points (All doors, windows, and parking structures)
• Keeping all common areas free of hazardous safety concerns
• Identifying non-residents and escorting them off of the grounds if they are not welcome
• Enforcing all property rules set fourth by the property management
• Informing property management of problem areas by report & notifying management of emergecies that occur after hours
• Creating a visible presence to deter crime and handle all criminal activity with professionalism and cooperation of local law enforcement
